2. Purpose and terms of use
This website provides corporate and commercial information about the company, whose activity is the construction, renovation and extension of homes and construction project management in Jávea/Xàbia and the Marina Alta, on the northern Costa Blanca. The company is part of the TREE group.
Access and browsing confer user status and imply acceptance of this notice to the extent permitted by law. Users must use the site lawfully and diligently and respect the rights of the company and third parties. Introducing malicious code, attempting to access restricted areas, disrupting the site or using its content for unlawful purposes is prohibited.
3. Information about the projects shown
The projects shown on the site are references of work carried out or under way. They are published with the consent of the clients concerned; photographs are published with the permission of whoever holds the rights to them and, where applicable, of the owner of the property.
The information published about each project is descriptive and does not constitute a contractual offer. Technical data, floor areas and specifications mentioned relate to the specific project described and cannot be extrapolated to other commissions. The site publishes no prices, delivery dates or guarantee terms; those terms are agreed in writing for each specific commission, before the work is carried out.
No reference to information being "indicative", "for guidance" or "non-contractual" excludes, reduces or alters the mandatory pre-contractual information, nor the enforceability that the law attaches to an offer, to advertising, to specifications, to financial terms or to guarantees that are actually communicated. Where a communicated condition is more favourable to the consumer than the one written into the contract, the mandatory rules apply.
4. Quotations and commissions
Quotations are drawn up in writing for each commission, before the work is carried out, and are not published on this site. Before entering into a commitment, the client will receive the information and documentation required under the applicable construction, consumer and housing rules of the Valencian Community.
5. Intellectual and industrial property
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the texts, designs, trade marks, logos, photographs, plans, software and other content on the site belong to the company or are used with the rights holders' permission. Access to the site grants no licence or right of exploitation. Unauthorised reproduction, transformation, distribution, public communication, extraction or reuse is prohibited, except for uses permitted by law.
6. Accuracy, availability and liability
The company will endeavour to keep the information correct and the site running securely and continuously. It cannot guarantee the complete absence of errors, interruptions or technical incidents. Where it becomes aware of a material error, it will take reasonable steps to correct it.
To the extent permitted by law, the company will not be liable for damage caused solely by failures outside its reasonable control, by unlawful or negligent use by the user, or by third-party information of which it has no actual knowledge. This clause does not exclude or limit liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, nor consumer rights.

If it becomes aware that a link leads to unlawful or harmful content, it will act diligently to remove or disable it.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction
This site is governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to mandatory rules protecting the user or consumer in their country of residence. Disputes will be submitted to the courts having jurisdiction under the applicable procedural rules. Consumers are not subjected to a forum other than the one legally available to them.
11. Languages and updates

2. Objeto y condiciones de uso
El sitio web facilita información corporativa y comercial sobre la actividad de la empresa, consistente en la construcción, reforma y ampliación de viviendas y la gestión de obra en Jávea/Xàbia y la Marina Alta, en la Costa Blanca norte. La empresa forma parte del grupo TREE.
El acceso y la navegación implican la condición de usuario y la aceptación de este aviso en la medida permitida por la ley. El sitio no publica precios, plazos de entrega ni condiciones de garantía; esas condiciones se acuerdan por escrito para cada encargo concreto, con carácter previo a la prestación.
