How we work
This is how a build runs with us, from the first conversation to aftercare. No small print: this is what to expect.

Meet and look
We come to you, or walk the plot or the house together. You tell us what you want; we tell you what can be done and roughly what it takes. This conversation costs nothing.

Design and permits
With the architect we work out the plan and file for the permit. You know beforehand what the application says and how long the town hall usually takes.
- 03
The build
Our own team and regular subcontractors, one point of contact. If something runs late or changes, you hear it from us first, not afterwards.
- 04
Handover and aftercare
We walk through everything together and only hand over when it is right. After that we stay reachable, including for what only shows up months later.
