Where we work

We work across the Marina Alta, the comarca on the northern side of the Costa Blanca, with Jávea as our home base. From Pego and Dénia in the north down to Calpe, and the inland valleys in between.

The Marina Alta landscape: almond and olive terraces, dry stone walls and the sea on the horizon.

Which places exactly

On the coast

This is where most of what we build stands. Sloping plots, views that drive the design, and a climate that brings salt and sun. That calls for different materials and different details than a house inland.

  • Jávea (Xàbia)
  • Dénia
  • Moraira
  • Teulada
  • Benissa
  • Calpe
  • Benitachell
  • Cumbre del Sol

Inland

The valleys behind the coast, with vineyards and old fincas. More often a renovation than a new build, and more often questions about what was once added without a permit. We sort that out before there is a plan.

  • Jalón (Xaló)
  • Alcalalí
  • Parcent
  • Orba
  • Gata de Gorgos
  • Pedreguer

The north

Flatter land, closer to the rice fields with the Montgó on the other side. Different ground, and therefore different foundations than on the rocky plots along the coast.

  • Pego
  • El Verger
  • Ondara
  • Els Poblets
  • Benidoleig

Why that matters

Every town hall reads the rules slightly differently and works to its own pace. Knowing that means filing an application that can pass first time. The same goes for the ground: founding on a rocky slope in Jávea is not the same as on the clay near Pego. And for the trades: we work with the same crews, who know how we want things done.

And not beyond it

Altea, Benidorm, Albir, Alfaz del Pi, La Nucía, Polop, Finestrat and Oliva are not part of our area, so we do not build there. That is a choice: knowing the town halls, the ground and the tradesmen of one region beats working a little bit everywhere.
